Donna Roche hails from Waterford. Her style of singing crosses over from Classical to Contempory, Jazz and Celtic.
Donna was born in Waterford in 1982 making her 27 at present. Having been classically trained since the early age of 10 Donna started her singing career in Waterford at the W.I.T Music School under the tuition of Anne Woodworth.After finishing school Donna continued her studies with Dr. Veronica Dunne at both the Leinster Schoolof Music & Drama and the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin.  
 
Donna has just returned from Clifden Arts Week in Clifden Co. Galway where she performed with Lynn Saoirse, Harpist, Fiachra O’ Regan (Uileann Pipes) and Sophie Lavoie (Fiddle) at Carolan to the Classics performing the repertoire from Turlogh O’ Carolan, Bizet, Puccini and Handel. 
 
Following a very special series of concerts at the Winter Palace Hotel in Luxor, Egypt  back in November with world class harpist Lynn Saoirse, Donna will return in 2010 for opera at historic momuments in Luxor and the West Bank.
 
Donna has accepted a very special invitation to Washington D.C in the Spring to entertain the Irish community at Strathmore Hall.  
 
Donna is currently studying for her BA in Music at the WIT majoring in Voice with renowned teacher Bridget Knowles and has most recently won the Fintan O’Carroll Vocal Senior Repertoire Cup.
